Which actor acted in the maximum number of movies in the whole world? I have one clue, the actor also has a guiness record for this achievement.

murli 		It isn't very clear, but going by the Internet Movie Data Base, John Wayne among the English actors who has featured in 142 movies and Malayalam actor Adoor Bhasi who has acted in 549 films are right on top of the list. These were actors who played significant or big parts in a movie. Popular South Indian actress Manorama, whose movie career spans about 40 years, is said to have acted in over 1,100 films although there is no exact record.
